Georgia Trend Magazine recently placed a large spotlight on Bryan County, Georgia’s explosive growth.  Between manufacturing, planned development, and large infrastructure expansions, there’s no question as to why Bryan County was recently named one of America’s fastest-growing counties.

EOM has been an integral part of the planning discussions when evaluating the infrastructure needs to meet the demands of the expected growth.   With our corporate office being located in Bryan County for over 20 years, we have witnessed firsthand the growth of the area.

The County offers land available for industries and is considered a prime location due to its short 15-mile distance from both Savannah and Pooler.  The addition of Interstate 95’s Exit 82 at Belfast Keller Interchange opens the door for the mixed-use planned development of an industrial park, office, retail and commercial space.

A concerted effort has been put into place by the local governing bodies in order to work together to plan and manage this exciting growth.    As partners to the City of Richmond Hill, Bryan County, and the City of Pembroke; we are excited to support the municipalities by managing and maintaining the critical infrastructure in the area.
